 4. How can i create an essence with the Consciousness Sets?

• First create a small circle with the Consciousness Set of your choice, and place a bottle(with no labels, no patterns and no writing on) of spring water in the middle of the circle. The deity of the Consciousness Set will come in and charge the water with it's light and consciousness. The energy should take no longer than fourteen minutes to program the spring water.
• Once this is done drink the essence created. This will tune you to the energy of the Set you are using, also as an ・example・ if you are using an Angel set you will be not only drinking the energy of the angel, but light, knowledge and wisdom from the angel.
• It is recommended that you drink the essence at least once a day to allow new information and knowledge to flow into you from the Consciousness Set. If you are very sensitive to energy please muscle test or dowse to determine amount of essence required.
• Do not Drive or work with heavy machinery when using the essences.

5. How can i  meditate with the Sets:

Meditation Method:

It is recommended that you create an essence first with the Consciousness Set you are planning to meditate with, and drink the essence before the meditation. This will tune you to the energy of the Set from inside of your being and give you a clear connection. 

• First find a space for this meditation, somewhere quiet and a place where you feel you can completely let go of the world outside.
• Then create a sacred space by placing the crystals of the Consciousness Set in a Circle around the space for this meditation.
• You can  place a chair in the middle of this sacred space (crystals can be around the chair).
• You can place a therapy couch in the middle of this sacred space or lay on a bed or floor. ( Crystals can be around a bed, couch, floor etc.).
• Allow a couple minutes for the energy to build up and to clear the area, then place yourself in the centre.

THE ONLY RULE: ONLY BREATH  IN AND OUT  WITH YOUR MOUTH

The reason for this rule is because the consciousness you are working with will clense and purify you first, and give you healing before connecting you at the highest level with the consciousness of the set. This has been prooven time and time again with all of the consciousness sets.

• To begin with, we suggest meditating between 12-20 mins in the circle. This will be enough time needed for the energy to have fully integrated into the human being. If you find the energy too strong to begin with, please don't stay in the circle any longer than 5 minutes. Remember this is pure consciousness and the energy of these sets vary and slowly build your vibration energy levels.

We recommend that you ground and centre yourself after every session, to do this you can use black tourmaline, tigers eye, smokey quartz, red jasper, hematite. These are to be placed on the solar plexus chakra and base chakra or held in the hands.
