To understand this system of measurement you must first understand the physical dimension we are in now this is known as the 3rd dimension.
3rd dimension consciousness: keywords: Disconnection from God/source The soul is dormant within the human being. Known by experts as 3rd dimension sleep walkers. The ultimate challenge is to transcend your consciousness past the physical illusion and raise your consciousness to the reconnection of the 5th dimension.
The people who are experiencing this consciousness are normal people who are totally disconnected, not just from the source of creation but also from the planet, they are the people who think this is all there is, they are the normal people who are happy with a material life. There is nothing wrong with the way they live for the status quo this is normal. The 3rd dimension people will rely on complete materialism to get what they think is everything they need, they will try to keep up with the neighbours, with their cars and gadgets etc. Around the age of thirty to fourty, most will experience an emptyness within themselves, this is known as a midlife crisis. The main reason for this is because of stagnation of the human being at a spiritual level. Remember we are a three fold being MIND,BODY,SPIRIT. The 3rd dimension person will normally turn to drugs or materialism or life change in some way.
5th dimension consciousness Keywords: Reconnection to source/God Activation of the soul within the human being. Releasing the ego, becoming and feeling that you are more free to be you. Realizing that the planet is alive as you are alive reconnecting to the mother of us all, rebirthing into the deepest level of the planet. Seeing the people who have been sent to de-power us parents, family,friends etc. Less fear and control of people around you, feeling that your are being put on to your lifes work and path. Seeing the greater picture and seeing the illusion that people are still facing in the 3rd dimension. Knowing that you are more than just a robot for a company, and livestock for the goverment... Trusting in your soul for the first time in your life, feeling the pure love of your soul emanating through your body. The major transition that will forge the rest of your life, to live a living and not to live a dying.

How to check for a true spiritual Teacher:
The teacher must be a minium of 5th dimension, if not they will be working from ego, and will not be able to evolve you past your present problems that you face in life.
Check by dowsing or muscle testing if the teacher is above 6th Dimension or higher this is great.
